All Inclusive Pricing
Abbington of Arlington, Abbington of Pickerington, Abbington of Powell,
and Liberty Village (Chillicothe) feature all-inclusive pricing for our
suites. The monthly rate is pro-rated for move-ins and
move-outs that are less than one month.
No Deposit or entrance fee is required except for a minimal,
refundable deposit to reserve a suite. The deposit is applied to
the first month's rent. The resident agreement is a
month-to-month rental agreement.

Rental Plus Pay for Service Pricing
Windsorwood Place Assisted Living Apartments (Coshocton) feature
monthly rental pricing plus monthly service pricing. You select
the services you need from our menu of services and establish a
customized monthly price.
Respite Care and Pricing - Short Term Stays
All Abbington communities offer special daily rates for short term
stays, based on availability. If you are a caregiver, and you
are going on vacation, need a break or want to simply try assisted
living for your loved one, respite care, or short term stays, are a
